Deploying Edge Hardware in Minutes
Industrial IoT traditionally requires complex network configurations and IT support. NayaCore's edge hardware (Naya Sense One) provisions via a smartphone browser using Web Bluetooth and QR codes. Zero IT required.
Scan to Identify
An operator in the field points their smartphone camera at the device. The PWA reads the QR code, identifying the exact serial number and cryptographic provisioning token.
Web Bluetooth Connect
The browser connects directly to the device via Web Bluetooth. No apps to install. The physical device blinks blue to confirm you're talking to the right hardware.
Configure Channels
The operator assigns the device to an asset (e.g., 'Press #3') and maps the 18 sensor channels in plain English. GPS coordinates are auto-detected via the phone.
Verify & Register
Before committing, the system runs live health checks (MQTT connection, firmware version). Once verified, the operator uses WebAuthn biometric approval to securely register the device.
